Peak High School serves the following purposes, operating within Platte County School District #1:

Provide an alternative education setting for students to complete their high school diploma program, or high school equivalency, focusing on students who are at-risk of not graduating with their classmate grade level peers.

Assist students in developing the life skills necessary to achieve success beyond high school,
