Computer Science Club

Welcome to the WHS computer science web page. Throughout the winter months, we meet Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday after school in the media center. Students are free to drop by and stay as long as they want. 

Below you will find some resources that any student can work on during our time in the club or even at home.

Our first are of focus in our club is computer programming. The programming language of choice is Visual Studio’s C-Sharp (C#).

To get started, head over to this link and download Visual Studio Community edition. Run the downloaded file. Follow any prompts that may appear. Be sure to choose the Community version and uncheck all “Optional” items on the right side of the installer window.
